Founding Partner
Ms Aliefendioglu specializes in project finance, construction, and corporate law, with a focus on high-stakes, cross-border projects, primarily within the infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as strategic business development initiatives. Her legal expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of contract law areas, such as financing and security documents, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, long-term service agreements, equipment sales contracts, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.
She has a deep understanding of navigating multi-jurisdictional frameworks, collaborating effectively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and governmental bodies to facilitate successful negotiations and project implementations. Her approach is characterized by strategic insight, ensuring high-quality legal solutions that address the specific needs of each client in a highly tailored manner.
Ms Aliefendioğlu is a dual-qualified lawyer, licensed to practise in Türkiye and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
